Pavlin Preka is the 20-year-old man killed with a gun today at around three o'clock in Shkodra.

The incident occurred in the village of Guci e Re, under circumstances that are still unclear.

Police say a group of officers are at the scene and are working to identify the perpetrator.

Police Announcement:

At around 2:50 p.m., in the village of "Guci e Re", citizen PP, about 20 years old, was found without signs of life, suspected of being killed with a firearm.  

Police services and groups from the National Security Force, Shkodra Unit, immediately went to the scene.

Meanwhile, a special investigative group has been established and, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, is working intensively to clarify the circumstances, legal documentation, and identify and apprehend the perpetrator(s).
