But now this file does not have only two penitents, as Euglen Halili and Klevis Alla, are the first two boys who spoke on behalf of the prosecution and received the status of collaborator of Justice. Halili tells the murder of Emiliano Ramazan or "Ilit of Elbasan" and Regis Runaj. While Klevis Alla, shows the quadruple murder of brothers Besmir and Viktor Haxhia and Dorian Shkoza and Angelo Avdias.

Repentance of Klevis Allë

The first to speak on Justice is Klevis Alla. He was questioned by a criminal police officer in Durrës and the prosecutor of this city, Gëzim Veizi.

Veizi is the first prosecutor to follow in the footsteps of Talo Çela and Nuredin Dumani, imposing on them and other members the measure of "prison arrest" in absentia.

After that, Gëzim Veizi transferred the case for further investigation to the Special Prosecution SPAK, after finding that the killings were committed in the form of a structured criminal group.

Pendesa and Euglen Halili

After Klevis Alla, the second of this group that has agreed to speak is Euglen Halili.

The latter showed that he was the person who killed his friend, with dozens of stab wounds, Regis Runaj in Elbasan.

Halili, entered into an agreement with the district prosecutor Kreshnik Ajazi and was questioned together with the Deputy Director of Police in Elbasan, Alket Shatro, showing all the dynamics of the crime, the people he had collaborated with and the financier, Erjon Alibej alias Agim Shurbin.

Shatro, Ajazi and prosecutor Ritvan Suka, in that period arrested Erjon Alibej and Xhulio Hoxha. Julio Hoxha and Halili, had served as informants in the assassination of Emiliano Ramazan.

Pendesa of Henrik Hoxhaj

Only 1 day after he was arrested by the police in the city of Fier, on March 30, 2022, Enrik Hoxhaj entered into a cooperation agreement with the district prosecutor of Elbasan, Kreshnik Ajazi.

The agreement is related to Hoxhaj's free will, indicating the criminal events in which he was implicated.

Hoxhaj's question was asked by an investigator of the National Bureau of Investigation and a judicial police officer at the Criminal Directorate of the State Police.

Hoxhaj was questioned in the presence of lawyer Rabije Cenalia, showing all the criminal activity.

Nuredin Duman's complaint

Sometime around April 9, 2022, the second detainee, Nuredin Dumani, showed interest in being questioned and cooperating with justice.

Although he has spoken, it is learned that the latter has not yet been given the status of collaborator of Justice. On April 15, 2022, two investigators from the National Bureau of Investigation were delegated by prosecutors Altin Dumani and Doloreza Musabelliu, for the questioning of Nuredim Dumani.

The two investigators have long interviewed Duman, noting all the parts he tells about the activity of criminal groups.
