The car type "Volkswagen" with which Aleksandër Sadikaj was traveling, who was killed after the assassination attempt with explosives, was not in his possession.

It is learned that the car that was given the tritol, in the front part, was owned by Petrit Osmani. Meanwhile, so far, it is not known whether Sadikaj or Osmani were the target, after the tritol was placed in his car.

Aleksandër Sadikaj, 27, from Berat, was executed after noon on Saturday by a car bomb.

The event took place at 13.35, in the area of ​​Sauk, near the roundabout at the entrance of the Tirana-Elbasan road

Sadikaj as a result of the explosion, lost both legs, and then lost his life in hospital. 

The victim of the event, according to the police, had previously been prosecuted for an attempted murder, theft and drugs.

Also, the 27-year-old is the owner of a restaurant in Memaliaj.
