Ergys Luga, who has been working as a football coach in China for several years, has shown the special way he was convicted by Guangzhou police after breaking the Traffic Rules.
Through a post on social networks, Luga writes that he was stopped by the police riding a motorcycle without a helmet, but he was not fined with money, but was convicted in another way. He was stripped of his body and held a placard in his hand for 20 minutes, which read "Follow the traffic rules, do not enter with a red traffic light, put on your helmet or seat belt."
Luga shows that fine is not always the solution. His post comes at a time when in Albania are being discussed a lot the penalties for violating traffic rules, after numerous accidents.

Out of football!
As a start I wanted to wish a speedy recovery to my former professor and friend Arjan Konomi.
Why here where I am the number of road accidents is so low ?!
This photo is from last summer. In fact, I was stopped headless when I was starting the engine and instead of being fined, they put this tape on me and held me for 20 minutes with the banner in my hand on which it is written. "Follow the traffic rules, do not enter with a red light, put on the hood or seat belt." The State Police in cooperation with Guangzhou Municipality at each intersection voluntarily deploy giving immunity to stop persons violating traffic rules.
At first it seemed ridiculous to me but when I was hearing others complaining about the lost time because someone might have a personal job, someone was rushing to work, and other problems some said "Take the fine and let me go" but that the police had other objective (Not Penalty, but time)
Can anyone in Albania obey the order of a volunteer who helps with awareness? Can an Albanian stay in Albania with a banner in his hand? So driving and driving should also be a matter of mentality and culture.
