The 6-storey building collapses in the beach area in Durrës, it collapsed with a controlled explosion this Tuesday morning. 

No damage was reported from the blast, as it is learned that 300 ovens with 8 kg of tritol were used to knock it down. This two-year-old palace was damaged as a result of the earthquake.

" Today from 12:00 to 16:00 to leave the houses, as well as leave the windows open and lower the TVs and everything else on the ground ," said in the announcement of IKMT .

IKMT yesterday warned residents living near this building from 12:00 to 16:00 to leave their homes.
