Shkodra court sentences Ergys Maljan to 10 years in prison

The court of Shkodra has sentenced Ergys Maljan to 10 years in prison for the murder of Endri Mustafa. 16-year-old Ergys Malja is charged with "Premeditated Murder committed in collaboration".

For Maljan, the prosecution requested 12 years in prison due to his juvenile age. Today the court decided the guilty plea and the sentence of 10 years imprisonment.

The main witness of Endri Mustafa's murder last year in Shkodra, 16-year-old Ergys Malja, has withdrawn from cooperating with justice.
