The invoices of luxury hotels in Milan, Bucharest, Vienna, which Klodian Zoto had paid to Arben Ahmetaj and his wife when he was Minister of Finance, have been published in the media.

However, these evidences were hidden by the two SPAK prosecutors, Eneid Nakuçi and Klodian Braho, and they did not take Arben Ahmetaj as a defendant for the Elbasan incinerator.

Regarding this issue, the analyst Shpëtim Nazarko has stated that if the evidence against Ahmetaj is confirmed, the government will fall. He further said that Ahmetaj has held an important position such as that of the Deputy Prime Minister.

"I saw yesterday that two of the prosecutors had removed from the file a part of the documents that linked him to a former deputy prime minister of the government, which actually, if true, brings down almost half of the government, because he is the deputy prime minister of this country. So that's the problem. For 30 years, the judicial system in Albania has shared its history. Part of the political issues were under the command of the central government, which was carried out through the chief prosecutor, which was a monocratic institution." - said Nazarko in Euronews Albania.
