Note- Journalist Adriatik Doçi has today filed a criminal complaint in the Special Prosecutor's Office against two prosecutors of this same prosecutor's office. According to the journalist's lawsuit, prosecutors Eneid Nakuçi and Klodian Braho hid the evidence in the Elbasan incinerator case. And they did this to protect the former number two of the government, Arben Ahmetaj, against whom, according to the journalist, they did not launch an investigation despite the evidence.

And while this lawsuit was supposed to be a "gift" for the Freedom Party, which presented itself as if it was in the vanguard of the denunciation of the incinerators, ironically this party remained silent. No official of this party has reacted. Nor Monika Kryemadhi, who has accused dozens of officials of abuse of office and corruption.

But why? The scheme has already become clear. Kryemadhi does not react to protect Arben Ahmatej. The suspicion has long been raised in the media that the documents about the incinerators were "leaked" to the former LSI by the former Minister of Finance.

Kryemadhi has taken special care to remove Arben Ahmatej from all responsibilities in all her previous accusations and with today's silence it seems to have sealed the cooperation between them. Precisely for this reason, it is suspected that Rama also dismissed him as deputy prime minister.

But with today's lawsuit of the journalist Doçi, another more serious fact comes to the fore: the investigation of SPAK prosecutors was incomplete, deficient and politically oriented.

For this reason, the journalist Doçi today accused the two prosecutors of four criminal offenses: abuse of duty carried out in collaboration, actions that prevent the discovery of the truth, disappearance of documents and publication of confidential information.

With today's facts, Ylli Manjani's accusations have been confirmed. The former Minister of Justice stated a few days ago that SPAK is arresting people without having any evidence regarding the incinerators issue. Manjani accused that SPAK arrested Lefter Koka only for the interests of Ilir Meta, after the former Minister of Environment switched to SP. Today the scheme became clear./ VoxNews
