After the publication of the news that Roland Xhaxho 's clinic was not equipped with a license for dental services at the time it performed the intervention of the 3-year-old Brian Spahiu  who lost his life, father Bledari demands that the prosecutor Alma Felaj be removed from this case.

Bledar Spahiu  says that Alma Felaj wants to distort the case and for this reason he had a meeting with the head of the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana, where he asked her to remove him from the case of his son.

"We have spoken with the head of the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana about the prosecutor of the case Alma Felaj, she had to withdraw from this case because she is not able to give a solution to the case. With all these facts that have come out, she did not act while on October 6 she did the inspection at the "Splendent" clinic in Xhaxho, and as far as I know, this clinic was without a license. To this day, that clinic operates, it fills the teeth of people who have no idea what happened in that clinic", said Bledar Spahiu.

He claims that the prosecutor hid the results of the first expert report that were published in November for 11 days. 

"I got the information myself. I did not receive any information from the prosecutor, nor did she want to hide the expert report. I found out from the media, he kept me suspended for 11 days and did not tell me," he said.

The father of the 3-year-old Bledar Spahiu is also against the prosecutor's proposal for a second expertise with foreign experts

"The prosecutor seeks to distort the case, will delay it and destroy as much evidence as possible. Albanian forensic experts have done it very correctly. When it does not accept Albanian experts, how can I accept the expertise of a foreign country?

It does not accept the decision of a state institution. Those experts are a group, it is not 1 or 2 doctors. She will spoil the evidence.

Bledar Spahia has sent a letter to the prosecutor of the case, where he asks for more detailed information about what is being done with the investigations related to the case.

He has raised several questions, such as whether the second act of expertise has been carried out and are there any results. On the other hand, the prosecutor of the case, Felaj, responded by saying that she took him to the office several times to inform him about the case.

The little one, Brian Spahiu, died in the pediatric intensive care unit at QSUT on October 1, 3 days after the intervention at the private clinic Splendent, within the premises of the private hospital of Zemra in Tirana. 

Father and daughter, Roland and Ina Xhaxho are under investigation at large for the criminal offense "Negligence in medical treatment", which is considered a criminal misdemeanor and as such in the initial phase does not accept the security measure "prison arrest".
