"Endless gratitude"/ The young woman thanks the 21-year-old's

The discovery by Anastasia Tasoula, who is the first cystic fibrosis patient in Greece to wake up from a coma, that 21-year-old Ema, who died when she was hit by a car driven by a 26-year-old Albanian man in Thessaloniki, has decided to donate her organs after posting about her health adventure.

According to Protothema, Tasoula, who has previously been hospitalized for 2.5 months in the ICU due to her illness, described how she found out about the 21-year-old student's decision and sent her love to Emma's mother, father and brothers from Crete.

"This morning I got a message from a wonderful person who said exactly this: 'You know, Emma said she wants to donate her organs in the event of her death because she saw your post. At an unsuspecting time, which it made a lot of sense in the end." Should I say that I send all my love, life and strength to her mother, father, brothers and sisters? It will take some time. All we can promise, all of us who experience a death, is that your children, siblings, parents or friends will continue to live within us and every moment we live for what they did not get to live. And a thank you that words cannot express. Gratitude!” she concludes her post

The event happened on November 22, where the 26-year-old Albanian hit the 21-year-old Emanuela with a car, who had just returned to Thessaloniki from her hometown, where, apart from the fact that he did not stop to give first aid, he quickly turned the car over her body.

Although she was taken to the hospital and had the intervention of doctors immediately, unfortunately 5 days later Emanuela passed away and her organs were donated to people in need.
