When 6 and a half months have passed since his disappearance, Ulvi Skane's mother, Thëlleza, lost hope that he might be alive. From the abduction trail, she says the fact that there is no new trace of the boy makes her think he was killed.

In a confession in 'Pa Gjurmë', Thëlleza says that she only asks the police to find her "alive or dead". Even though she has lost hope, it is hard to believe why he should be killed, since like any mother, even for her, the boy is completely innocent. The connections with Ervis Martinaj, who also disappeared, says that they are not true. The only "fault" says that he was friends with Can Karriq, who was his neighbor.

Since May 17, young Ulvi Skana, 29 years old, has been missing. It is suspected that Skana was a close friend of Can Karriqi, killed on December 23, 2021, and this is one of the main leads being investigated, although there is no new information. Can Kariçi was executed in Kodër Kamëz on December 23, 2021, who was driving a 'Golf 5' at the time he was shot. A pistol-type weapon was also found in the victim's vehicle. His past is also the track of the investigation by the prosecution for the execution of the 30-year-old. The investigation is also being conducted if Kariçi may have had conflicts with the perpetrators or if his execution is related to the double murder of Erige Mihas and Armand Duman in November in Astir, since Kariçi was a friend of Mihas.
