The murder of Pjerin Xhuvani, the Court of Appeal reinstates the 6 suspended

The Court of Appeal has reinstated the 6 Elbasan police officers, who were suspended by court decision following the request of the Elbasan prosecutor's office, which is investigating the case of the murder of psychiatrist Pjerin Xhuvani three days before the elections.

The 6 policemen in question were on duty on the day of the murder of psychiatrist Pjerin Xhuvani in Elbasan, by one of the DP bodyguards.

It is about the police officers of the "Eagle Forces" Dedion Duraku, Pëllumb Biçaku, Erion Balla, Erion Meçje, Donald Dedje and Besmir Kadiu.

From tomorrow they will return to work, after the last few days the Court of Appeal of Durrës overturned the decision of the Court of First Instance in Elbasan.

Decision which was taken by this court after the request made by the prosecutor's office of Elbasan for the suspension from duty and investigation at large of 6 police officers of Elbasan.
