New details have come to light from the incident recorded yesterday afternoon in Saranda, where the owner of a restaurant terrorized some customers from Delvina with a knife after they disagreed with the bill. It is about citizen Alban Çoba, 48 years old, from Fieri, owner of "Fantastic" restaurant.

The authorities announce that Çoba carried out the activity without being registered with the tax authorities. Also, the AKU specialists imposed an administrative measure of 300,000 new ALL.
