"Metaphorfoza" or the murders in Shkodër? "Head" of the
Mustafa Lici

Mustafa Lici appeared this Wednesday morning at the premises of SPAK, while his son Ibrahim Lici is wanted for the murder of 32-year-old Endri Mustafa.

The reasons for calling Lic to the Special Prosecutor's Office are not yet known, while his tribe is known in Shkodër for a series of criminal events, in clashes with opposing gangs.

Ibrahim Lici's name appeared in the "Metaforfoza" file, where Behar Bajri was making plans to execute him.

His son, Ibrahim Lici, is wanted for the murder of Endri Mustafa in May 2021.

Ibrahim Lici is a person known to the police. His name is associated with sensational events that took place in the city of Shkodra.

While Endri Mustafa was known as a member of the Bilalaj group in Shkodër. A series of murders were committed in the Lici and Bilali families.

In August 2018, Kalashnikov Fatbardh Lici, the brother of Mustafa Lici, was executed with a volley. 

In March 2019, Brahim and Astrit Bilali were killed at the door of the house. Ibrahim Lici was wanted for the double crime, but only in April 2021, he was removed from the search for lack of evidence.

He is the son of Mustafa Lici, the latter arrested earlier for imposing fines on merchants in the city of Shkodra.
