Madness: A person shoots at firefighters in Kruja, to get away from the fire

An incident was recorded this afternoon in the Krasta area of Kruja, where efforts to extinguish several fires continue.

According to preliminary information, an unidentified person fired two shots into the air, warning firefighters to leave one of the areas where they were intervening to extinguish the flames. After the shots, the person fled the scene.

Firefighters immediately notified the Police of the incident, while continuing to work to isolate and extinguish the fire.

Currently, there are about five active fires in Krastë, scattered in different parts of the area. The situation is made more difficult by the wind, which favors the spread of the flames, while the fire is intense and located near residential areas.

The Kruja fire brigade, supported by Kamza and Vora teams, are on the scene. The intervention is also being carried out from the air, with a helicopter.
