Kosova is known as a businessman in the field of vehicle sales and also owns a car rental business.

Last summer, he had a quantity of explosives placed at the entrance gate of his garage in the "Dry Lake" area of ​​Tirana.

In August 2024, he was arrested for stealing a luxury car, an Audi R8, worth around 200 thousand euros, which was originally brought from Germany by a Turk, and then acquired by Elvis Kosova through fraud.

He is also suspected of being the owner of the Benz vehicle in which Gilmando Dani and Muçi Shaljani were executed in Rinas. However, at the time, he publicly denied the allegations, saying that the vehicle is owned by the company.

His passion is speed racing and he has often participated in various competitions, where he is known as the "Racing Guy".

During 2022, the businessman was investigated for organizing an illegal car race at the Patoku overpass. The blue uniforms were put on the hunt after they discovered it from videos posted on social networks, and further investigations revealed that Elvis Kosova was dismantling the race car in a service station, while he was fined 120 thousand new lek by the traffic police. In this challenge, Elvis Kosova came away with the victory of the Drag Race competition, held in Kosovo during the Covid-19 pandemic.
