The 28-year-old drowned in Dibër

A young man was found dead in a place called "The catchment of the old power station", in the village of Çidhan in Dibra.

It is reported that the serious incident happened on Tuesday morning, around 06:45.

The 28-year-old was found without signs of life by family members and according to evidence, he suffered from mental health problems.

From the preliminary declarations of the family members, it is suspected that the young man, BT, drowned himself in the power plant's catchment.

The investigative group continues its investigations to clarify the circumstances of the event.
