They allowed the introduction of drugs into the cell, 3 policemen of Peqin

Three Peqin prison employees have been suspended from their duties by the Police Supervision Agency, as they are accused of having allowed the introduction of narcotics into the prison cells.

It is about the citizens: SG with the function of middle role employee in IEVP Peqin; SG with basic role employee function in IEVP Peqin and Xh.B. with the function of basic role employee in IEVP Peqin.

An investigation has been started against them and the court of Elbasan has ordered coercive personal security measures "Prohibition of exiting the country" and "Suspension of the exercise of a duty or public service".

"From the procedural actions carried out under the direction of the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction Elbasan, based on the material sent by SHKBB, has registered the criminal proceedings, since the above citizens in cooperation with each other have allowed the introduction of narcotics in IEVP Peqin for the purpose of selling and profiting of monetary values, this was carried out at different times and periods. The illegal activity has been documented in at least three cases by the Internal Control Service in the Prison System." said the AMP announcement.

The materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of Elbasan General Jurisdiction for further action.
