This is the tragic fate of 30-year-old Dorjo Duka, a resident of Tirana, who died on the night of Sunday, January 21, after the terrible head-on collision that occurred in Ponte Meduna, along Pontebbana, in Pordenone, between the "Fiat Grande" Punto" with which he was driving and a "Mercedes CLA", whose driver suddenly crossed into the opposite lane.

Dorjo was the cousin of the well-known moderator Kiara Tito, who yesterday gave a touching reaction to him.

"A news that shocked all of us as a family. One of the people with the best soul, but you were so good that God wanted you for himself. Rest in peace my dear," Kiara wrote yesterday.

The only consolation in the drama that his loved ones and the Albanian community of the area are experiencing, the twenty-five-year-old cousin who was in the car with him, transported in very serious conditions to the hospital in Pordenone, seems to be improving a little.

The Prosecutor of the Public Prosecution of Pordenone, Federico Baldo, who as usual opened the criminal proceedings for the suspected criminal offense of road homicide (aggravated by the very serious injuries caused to the passenger of the Punto), which included the driver of the Mercedes, a 45-year-old man from Codogne, in the area of ​​Treviso, did not consider it necessary to perform an autopsy on the victim's body, as it was clear that the death was only due to the very severe traumas reported in the accident. Therefore, in the next few hours, the Public Prosecutor's Office will issue the authorization for the burial and thus the family will be able to repatriate the remains of their loved ones to Tirana, where the burial will take place.

Dorjo Duka, a cheerful young man, always available, who worked in a construction company and, as mentioned, was very close to his family, left in endless pain his wife Iris, whom he had married before January 12, 2024 after over six years of engagement, parents, a brother and a sister expecting (in a month to give birth) a little boy who will never know his uncle, all immigrated to Belgium.
