Businessman Juljan Morina, known as Lul Morina, was the first object of the government's decision to seize constructions without permission. Morina's 9-story building in the Dry Lake area was seized today, as the building was built without a permit.

But who is the businessman Lul Morina, known for exposing the life of luxury and connections with internationally known fraudsters?

Lul Morin's name came up once again in 2019 during the unusual story of Indian brothers Nitin Sandesara and Chetankumar Sandesara, suspected of embezzling and laundering USD 1 billion through a bank loan scheme in India. During the years 2008-2011 they received hundreds of millions of dollars in loans from several state-owned banks of India, the money of which did not go to the sterling account, but disappeared through a network of 300 offshore companies set up by themselves.

The two Indian brothers found refuge in Albania, while they were provided with citizenship by Ilir Meta, although Indian justice wanted them all over the world for money laundering. In 2017, they created two construction companies "Tulja Real Estate" and "Laxmi Real Estate&Investment", while in December 2018 they entered into a partnership with Lul Morina with 50% of the shares, in the company "DRYMADES DREAM", which has among its assets the resort of known as "DRYMADES DREAM" in Dhërmi.

The two brothers bought 50% of the shares for 100 thousand euros. Three months later, Lul Morina takes 50% of the shares again, through the company 'Rinia 04', giving the two Indian brothers an apartment in Vlora.

In addition to the company "DRYMADES DREAM", Morina is the owner of several other CONSTRUCTION companies such as 'Rinia 04', the construction company Xeluks Construction with which he built the palace without a permit, as well as the owner of the company, founded in 2022, with the object of development and management of photovoltaic electricity generating projects.

Through the company 'Rinia 04', Morina was the owner of the company VILDRI, which won contracts for the construction of hydropower plants, where he then transferred the shares to the company Alpet Energy.

Lul Morina is also known as a former donor of the Tirana Football Club. In fact, at the end of 2019, Morina expressed interest in buying 34% of the shares of the Tirana Club from the Municipality of Tirana. "As far as I know, the team had and has some previous debts that existed since I was part of Tirana. I do not have a clear overview of the situation and debts. The fact that I want to join this club and take the shares of the municipality has its own responsibility. I make this move to build something better, to raise Tirana to where it belongs", said Julian Morina.

Julian Morina is known for his life of luxury, where he exposes on social networks a yacht with his surname 'Morina', a Rolls Royce car, etc. Lul Morina appears in the business register for the last 12 years, while the basis on which he raised the capital is not known./Report TV
