The 9-storey building, built without permission in the Dry Lake area in Tirana, belongs to the well-known businessman Julian Morina, otherwise known as Lul Morina.
Morina had applied for the legalization of the object, although he had erected it without a permit, but the application was rejected. The palace is located in front of another of his businesses, Hotel Radison Morina. The building, built in a very coveted area in the capital, was built entirely without permission, namely two floors below ground and seven floors above ground.
The businessman Julian Morina must pay a fine of 35,000 lek per square meter for his building, or he will donate it to be used as apartments for social housing or office environments for institutions. If none of them happen, businessman Julian Morina will have his building built without permission confiscated.
As can be seen in the photos below, businessman Julian Morina is known for the luxury lifestyle he leads and does not hesitate to expose it on social networks.
As can be seen in the following photos, the businessman posed with a yacht with his surname "Morina", as well as a Rolls Royce car. He appears watching football matches and in the most famous stadiums in the world, such as in Milan or London.
It is learned that Morina was also a donor to the Tirana club in 2013, 2014.
