Former deputy Lefter Maliqi states that a prime minister receives information about everything from the National Intelligence Service and the police.
Maliqi even says that regarding the case of the much sought after justice, Ervis Martinaj, Prime Minister Edi Rama is aware of whether he has disappeared, is alive or has been killed.
So he says that in a small country like Albania, a week is enough to establish order since all elements and criminal groups are known, but the obstacle is making them one with politics.
"Order in this small country is established not for 100 days but for 1 week because the criminal elements are targeted, a contingent that is in every neighborhood and country. It doesn't happen because politics and crime have become one. Yes, you see the resorts, the terminals, the constructions are done by the crime bosses, we don't have an engineer or a doctor or a professor to be of high levels. All of these are with 8th grade, somewhere with a purchased diploma and these have become one with the organized dome of Surrel which says to the new General Director of the Police, "what are these things I hear in the news?", ghosts for one Ervis Martinaj.
Rama is the first to know if he has disappeared and this is part of the disappearance, if he has been killed then he knows, if he is still alive this one knows. A prime minister knows everything and the National Intelligence Service knows everything.” said Maliqi in Ora News
