He said the couple had been married for several years and had long wanted to have a child. Toçi pointed out that Vilma Konomi was a family doctor and traveled daily to Vora for her patients while Arjani worked at the Ministry of Education.

"Arjani is an employee of the Ministry of Education, while Vilma is a doctor and this child came as a miracle after many years of marriage and effort. Imagine achieving the greatest joy of life and a tragedy happened. It is a normal family like all of us, is on its own way. Two people who work honestly. Vilma works as a family doctor in Vora. "This case is a cause that should bring us together. The car has turned into a weapon. A weapon that is killing like in Ukraine.
