The cadastre of Fier has become gangrene and its employees must disappear and be punished. This was stated by the SP MP Petro Koçi from the rostrum of the Assembly.
According to the Socialist MP, the employees in this cadastre behave like beys and do not want to know about the concerns of the citizens. Koçi hopes that things will change with the appointment of the new director.
"In Fier, the director of the Cadastre has been changed and I wish to change the management of this cadastre that has become gangrene in Fier. Those who have become beys in those offices should be exterminated and punished. It is enough to follow the plight of only one citizen to understand where the evil lies. Some officials do not want to know but behave like beys. It is the fault of the administration that they are people who think that where they become part of the administration they think it is a personal business and not an obligation by law. "I wish to have a new situation with the cadastre in Fier", he declared.
Further, Petro Koçi denounced the improper work done by an employee of the Directorate of Agriculture, as well as a property problem.
"Although the government pursues a policy of subsidies for agriculture, it happens that for technical reasons certain officials do not do their job properly and certain people do not receive the necessary financial assistance. An employee of the Directorate of Agriculture does not do his job properly. This is unforgivable. That clerk had to find solutions definitely. We have a lot of work to do with the administration. There is also a problem for land allocation in the Topoja administrative unit. Some own the land physically but do not legally own it.
While the other party possesses it on paper and not physically. There are 30 years left without a solution. I asked the mayor of Fier to find a solution for those families who do not physically own land. The other issue is again related to agriculture. I want to emphasize a special process. The school principal has managed to provide assistance to 20 students of the school with a program. I was myself to a student who with this help had gotten a new milling machine. I think we should do everything possible to further promote these projects " , said Koçi.
