The new head of the US Department of State, Marco Rubio, met today with the former US ambassador to Tirana, Yuri Kim.
It is Kim herself who has shared some photos from the meeting that took place in the DASH cafe. The former ambassador holds the position of assistant secretary for European Affairs and is rumored to be one of the names to be the new US ambassador to the Philippines.
In Albania, she has been at the center of attacks from Sali Berisha's opposition, which accuses her of being part of a group of corrupt officials who have influenced the political downfall of the DP leader.
"How good that Secretary Rubio was in the State Department cafeteria at the same time as us, on the third day of work," Kim writes.
