13 real estate properties with a surface area of ​​83,497 m² in Lezha

13 immovable properties (land areas) have been confiscated by the police by decision of the GJKKO.

It concerns coastal land, fields and orchards with a total area of ​​83,497 m² in the area of ​​Rana e Hedhun, Lezhë Island, Tale and Vain , which have been benefited from criminal activities.

The seizures come as part of the operation codenamed "Harta", while earlier, on October 22, 7 other properties were confiscated on the banks of the Drin River and on Shengjin Island, with an area of ​​15,028 m².

In total, during one week, 20 properties with a total area of ​​approximately 98,525 m² were seized in this region.

13 real estate properties (land area), with a total area of ​​83,497 m², are confiscated in Ranë të Hedhun, Ishull Lezhë, Tale and Vain.

Confiscation, pursuant to a decision of the Criminal Court, as the assets were obtained from criminal activity.

During 1 week, 20 properties with a total area of ​​approximately 98,525 m², with criminal sources, were confiscated in the Lezha district, pursuant to 2 decisions of the Criminal Court.

In implementation of this 2021 decision, left in force by a decision of the Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime, of 2022, specialists from the Section for the Investigation of Economic and Financial Crimes of the Lezha DVP, in cooperation with specialists from the Agency for the Administration of Sequestered and Confiscated Assets, confiscated, within the framework of the "Map" operation, 13 immovable properties of the types "Land on the coast", "Field" and "Orchard".

The investigations have proven that the properties, with a total area of ​​83,497 m², located in Ranë të Hedhun, Ishull Lezhë, Tale and Vain, were benefited from criminal activity.

1 week ago, in continuation of the work to trace assets with illegal sources, 7 properties located on the banks of the Drin River and in the village of Ishull Shëngjin, with a total area of ​​15,028 m², were confiscated in implementation of another decision of the GjKKO.
