246 kg of cannabis were seized by the Shkodra police, handcuffing 6 people and 8 others were declared wanted.

The drugs were seized in an apartment in the village of Vallas, while the plants were in the process of drying. It was also destroyed by burning and cannabis plants planted near the apartment.

In the framework of the "Vallas" operation, the following citizens were arrested:

-Ardian Tahiri, 28 years old, resident of Oblikë village, Shkodër;
-Besmir Rexhepi, 26 years old, resident of Oblikë village, Shkodër;
-Hekuran Myrtja, 51 years old, resident in Vallas, Shkodra;
-Liljana Çopani, 34 years old, resident in Milot, Lezha;
-Arben Uruçi 48 years old, resident in Velinaj, Shkodra, and
-Danjela Hasani 42 years old, resident in Tirana.

The following citizens were also declared wanted:

-AS, 34 years old resident in Bajza, Malësi e Madhe;
-AP, 38 years old, resident in Shiroka, Shkodra;
-SB, 35 years old, resident in the neighborhood "Ahmet Haxhija", Shkodra;
-BL, 21 years old resident in Alimetaj, Shkodra
-ES 20 years old resident in Shiroka, Shkodra, and
-ID, 26 years old, resident in Vallas, Shkodra;
-SD, 34 years old, resident in Vallas, Shkodra;
-AD, 29 years old, resident in Vallas, Shkodra (relatives of each other).

Official sources suggest that the investigative actions have shown that these citizens, in cooperation with each other, carried out in the village of Vallas, Shkodra, the illegal activity of cultivating narcotic plants.

Si rezultat i kontrollit në banesën e shtetasit Ardian Tahiri, uniformat blu gjetën 246 kilogramë lëndë narkotike kanabis, një automjet dhe 11 aparate celularë, të cilat dyshohet se përdoreshin nga autorët për zhvillimin e kësaj veprimtarie kriminale.

Gjithashtu, në vijim të kontrollit të imtësishëm të çdo pjese të territorit, në fshatin Vallas, Shkodër, u konstatuan dhe u asgjësuan me anë të djegies, nga ana e shërbimeve të Policisë, bimë të dyshuara narkotike kanabis, të kultivuara në afërsi të banesës së shtetasit të Ardian Tahiri.

Vijon puna nga ana e strukturave të Policisë, me qëllim arrestimin e shtetasve të shpallur në kërkim për këtë veprimtari kriminale.

The materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the Shkodra Court of First Instance, for further action, for the criminal offenses "Production and sale of narcotics" and "Cultivation of narcotic plants", committed in collaboration.
