This Friday, the 97th protest is being held in front of the Prime Minister's Office.
During the protest, activist Arvina Lleshi stopped to talk about the arrest of protesters, among whom was herself.
The activist said she will continue to participate in the protest as long as it is peaceful and that she is not intimidated by police pressure and arrests.
"I was arrested on the orders of the crime boss, Ervin Hasrama. I was peacefully protesting near the Prime Minister's Office, where he came and gave orders to his subordinates, saying. "Catch this girl and arrest her". That, in fact, this arrest was illegal and was decided today by the Tirana Court. Not only for me, but for 14 protesters in total. If you thought you could intimidate us with such forms of pressure, with arrests, with escorts, I am telling you publicly that you cannot succeed.
"I am here to tell you that I, like every other protester, will go out to protest every day, as long as this protest is peaceful and serves only our rights. We have been protesting peacefully, we have neither violated the police nor offended them, except that we have been protesting and calling out like every night. The police, if they are not the crime police, have no reason to feel offended by the calls made by the protesters," said the activist.
