The tragic event in Shkodër, where 3 people lost their lives, while one is in serious condition, has shocked the whole country. Invited to the show Top Story, ex-prosecutor Eugen Beci criticized the enforcement bodies, which according to him could have prevented this event.

"The police, the prosecutor's office, the court and every enforcement body working in Shkodra and Tirana should know that it is a saga of criminal gangs, mixing with the blood feud tradition in that city of Shkodra.
