They took 28,000 euros through the fraud of a check, two arrested in

Two people have been handcuffed in Cërrrik, while another has been banned from leaving Albania, as they managed to get 28,000 euros from a Czech citizen through fraud.

One of them is currently detained in Peqin prison for the same criminal offense, that of fraud.

The 41-year-old MB and the 35-year-old EF were taken into custody, against whom the security measure was executed, arrest in prison. Both are charged with the crime of fraud.

For the 33-year-old AF, who was also involved in the fraud scheme, a "prohibition of exiting the country" measure was imposed.

All three of these people, in cooperation with each other, managed to get the VR check amounting to 28 thousand euros, in a period of 4 months.

Due to the quick investigative actions and documented at the right time by the Internal Control Service in the Prison System, it became possible to seize the amount of 13,540 euros in CASH.

The materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of Elbasan General Jurisdiction for further action.
