The girl's mother reported the case to the police, stating that her ex-partner's son had sexual relations with the minor girl.

She denounced the 29-year-old after the separation from his father and the cohabitation they had. The investigators have doubts that the mother was aware of the case, but only reported it when her relationship with the young man's father ended.

The Pogradec police have started investigations into the case, while the minor girl, in the presence of psychologists, has shown that she has been in a relationship with the 29-year-old man for 2 years.
