For the 73-year-old Skënder Velja, the "house arrest" measure has been set, while the other 7: Lavdërim (Lulzim) Alimani, 33 years old; Saba Shehi, 48 years old; Vait Taka, 55; Asim Pulaci, 52 years old; Xhemal Zogu, 38 years old; Shkëlqim Ismaili, 50 years old, and Ahmet Pulaci, 67 years old, have remained in the cell where the security measure "Prison arrest" has been assigned to them.

The following citizens are still being sought: Bujar Sefa (Xaka), 36 years old; Armand Darvishi, 33 years old; Edison Xaka, 20 years old; Agron Asllanaj, 42 years old and Haxhi Murati, 68 years old.

Cultivation of narcotic plants is carried out in the Cudhi Administrative Unit of the Krujë Municipality, the villages of Noj, Shkrët, Rranxë, Bruz Mal, Bruz Zall, on forest land mainly owned by the "state", border areas with each other For the care and preservation of narcotic plants the suspected persons had hired workers and set up irrigation systems, then the narcotic substance was collected and processed in special places with the aim of putting it on the market. Criminal groups have been helped and favored by some employees of the police structures, as well as those of the local administration of Kruje. During the investigation, the areas cultivated with narcotic plants were identified and then checked, where thousands of narcotic plants planted in different plots and in different quantities were found and destroyed. In connection with this, samples of these plants were seized and they were expertly examined. From this examination, it was found that the seized plants are of the cannabis sattiva type.

Likewise, during the control exercised in only one of the narcotics collection sites, the amount of 145.5 kg of cannabis sattiva, specially packaged and ready for trade, was seized, among others.

In the investigative file, it is stated that the network of traffickers communicated with each other not by phone, but by radio 'Walky-Talky' or by applications connected via the Internet.

"From the communication developed between the citizens Bujar Sefa, Lavdërim alias Lulzim Alimani, Asim Pulaci, Edoson Xaka, Xhemal Zogu, the freedom of speech is ascertained, thinking that they could not have been observed/eavesdropped by the law enforcement bodies, from which it is understood in and the activity of them in the cultivation of narcotic plants. Likewise, the interlocutors show constant care in order to never make communications between them through simple phones, but only with the Internet application as well as through the radio, in order not to be caught by any possible eavesdropping, related to the activity their illegal criminal activities in the field of narcotics," the investigation file states.
