Two people were arrested by the Lezha police after they were caught trying to traffic 11 kg of cannabis to Montenegro. Fran Perlika, 55 years old, and Neritan Tosuni, 25 years old, were taken into custody.

In the place called 'Mbikalimi i Rrëshen', the police arrested the 55-year-old in the act while selling cannabis to the young man, who would then take him to Montenegro.

Meanwhile, the narcotics, the 2 vehicles of the arrested persons, their mobile phones and a sum of money were seized.

The investigation group continues its investigations for the complete disclosure of the event and other persons who may be involved in this criminal activity.
