The last assassination and why Nuredin Dumani decided to sink the dangerous
Nuredin Dumani

With the arrest of Krymi, Nuredin realized that the noose was tightening. He left Elbasan, crossed the border to Kosovo, where he hid and took refuge with friends of the "Alibejs". There he met Arjan Spahiu.

"I decided with Arjan Spahina that we would not carry out any assassinations, that we would not make too much noise, that we would help Erjon Alibej get out of prison. I said OK, fine. Just put pressure on him, that we would continue the pressure, that we would build Talo Çela's house, that we would demolish Talo Çela's house"

Through Sky, Dumani ordered Henrik Hoxha to plant TNT at Talo Çela's apartment and bar. Reward: 20 thousand euros.

"I talked to Bes Xhixha about this, about the TNT. I asked him to provide me with 5 kg of TNT, or dynamite, I can't determine what it was. 5 kg. 2.5 with one place and 2.5 with another place for connection. And I asked him to make it with a connection so that it would be safer than with a remote control."

Only half of the explosives exploded.....They failed to demolish the villa. After the arrest of "Krym", the rivals were no longer sitting idly by. 3 weeks after the explosion in Talo Çela's apartment, Arjan Spahiu, the key man of the "Alibej" group, is executed in Belgium.

"I had constant contact with Arjan Spahina, there was a time when we were also talking about transporting cocaine, there was even a time when we had taken 100 kg of cocaine, 200 kg, so 200 'bread' we had taken to England to a connection that was Arjan Spahina's, we made the exit from Europe, we took the goods to England, but the goods were lost there. We lost them after Arjan was killed."

Dumani himself investigated the execution of his friend Spahiu. He realized that it was a betrayal from within. His instincts were not wrong again.

"Fati, he said, no, I have nothing to do with it, no, I have nothing to do with it. At that time, Erjoni himself was also talking about having secured the phone. And we said, if you have nothing to do with it, Fat, go to the police and give details of what happened, to the Belgian police. Fati did that too, but he never came out of the police. It turned out that he had something to do with the assassination attempt on Arjan Spahina. This Fati had had contact with the Çopja brothers, but at the same time he was a close friend of Arjan Spahina."

The last assassination and the moment Dumani decided to sink the gangs he served...

With Erjon Alibey locked behind bars and his right-hand man executed, Nuredin Dumani takes the reins of the group.

From Kosovo, he continued his activity by establishing connections with powerful names in the dark world, including Suel Çela...

According to Dumani, the latter offered to eliminate businessman Lulzim Masha in exchange for 200 thousand euros.

"After getting to know me, I don't know how many months or weeks, he said to me 'brother, will you do me a favor'. I told him. 'I want to take one to Tirana' he said, I don't have it for myself, I have it for a friend of mine, I have people of my own, he said, I want you to do it for me, because it's easier for you'. The event did not take place, out of 200 thousand, only 10 thousand euros were taken, they were not returned. Where to return it, Baftjari had given him raki and cocaine..... "

Although it failed, with Lulzim Masha, the Dumani-Çela communication intensified. According to Dumani, he received another order to eliminate Elton Kila...

"That's what he told me, tell me as much as you want.. OK, I said, okay. I told Henrik Hoxha. Okay, I said, like this - like this, we're going to kill a person there, they call him Ot Kila. You're going to get involved in eliminating this. This guy told me, thank you, Kusho, that we're in pieces, as he used to..."

At the same time that Nuredin Dumani received the order from Suel Çela to eliminate Ot Kilë, the police tracked him down in Kosovo. But he managed to escape before the ring was complete.

"At that time I was in Kosovo. And the police there gave me a flash, they came and surrounded me to arrest me. Tonin Voci was coming to me, with these Albanians, because that was the agreement for this job. We found out at lunch that the palace would be surrounded. Before I went down, I wrote to an acquaintance there, I said come and get me some. I got in the car, and we left, that's when they realized it was me. Because I left too quickly, they followed us, we ran all the way to Gjilan, I went to Shaban Zeqiri. I got off about 3-4 houses ahead, and I got off, I told him to continue on your way. And the police stopped them, but I wasn't in the car."

After escaping from the police, Dumani hid in Kukës while Henrik Hoxha continued to track down Ot Kilë.

"I was in a daze, because Sueli was also coming to my daze, I said I'll go and kill him myself. I told him come on, take some for me, I'll come down myself. I was in Kukës, I was at Bujar Gremiz's house. Bujar Gremiz accompanied me until the morning, until Rrëshen, there are a couple of gas stations there, I don't know what those gas stations are called, under the bridge, Henriku was waiting"

From there, Dumani set off on his way to kill. But for hours, the target was nowhere to be seen. At the turn of Papër, the hunter returned to the long-awaited prey.

"It was Suel Çela's game. Suel Çela had the nerve to lead me into a trap, from beginning to end. As he did. He did it," said Nuredin Dumani, the repentant justice seeker.

Nuredin Dumani recounts that he was surrounded by three cars.... A "Benz" with Greek license plates cut off his path, while a volley of shots exploded from an "E-Class" Benz. He clearly saw the regular, Talo Çela, at the wheel.

With wounds on his body, he jumped into the boat to fight back, but the assassins had disappeared.

Severely wounded, languishing in solitude amidst the blood and shadows of those who had betrayed him, Nuredin Dumani did not yet know that it was not simply the end of a gang war. It was the end of everything...

As soon as the assassins left, he asked for help. First he took Henrik Hoxha. Together they set off towards Fier.

With one hand on the wound and the other on his encrypted cell phone, he sent a message to every contact he had. But no one answered...

Friends, associates, even those he had raised himself, abandoned him. Others promised to help him, but only forgotten words...

A few hours after the assassination, numerous RENEA forces surrounded the palace in Fier where he was hiding, and where he was fighting death.

After his arrest, he decided to speak out.

At the hospital, he didn't ask for a lawyer. Not even a family member. He asked for Altin Duman, the head of SPAK. They shared a last name, but they represented opposite worlds.

The wounded crime sought justice with the same surname. That day, Dumani did not only bring down himself.

The assassination that would mark the end of a life brought about the birth of a witness. And the chronicles of the crime are never the same again.

Nuredin Dumani has testified to dozens of other mafia events involving the most dangerous gangs throughout Albania.

This evidence constitutes an investigative secret and is still under investigation by the Special Prosecution Office. Dozens of pending foundation files have been extracted from the archives and are in the process of being cross-referenced with the evidence.

Analyzing the other MATRIX application that has been widely mentioned by Nuredin Dumani, other strong files are expected to shake to the foundations some dangerous gangs with high-level connections.
