A "Benz" car that was parked in front of the policeman's apartment was also damaged. At that time, Pëllumb Vukaj was a crime officer at the Shkodra Police Station.

At the time of the explosion, he was at home with his family. The main track of the investigation was that of an assault in the line of duty. In the first testimony given to his colleagues, Vukaj stated that he had no conflicts with other people. Pëllumb Vukaj, during the "Dukagjini" operation that took place in 2018, together with other police colleagues, destroyed over 150 thousand cannabis roots and led to the arrest of 90 people, among them police officers, 4 village elders who were naturalized to growers and other traffickers in the area.

APRIL 27, 2022- The car of officer Dritan Turhani burns

The vehicle of the operative of the Operational Forces of Shkodra, Dritan Turhani, was burned during the night of April 27 near his apartment in the "Perash" neighborhood of Shkodra. Investigators had doubts that it was a deliberate burn, as fuel residues were found. The police officer had parked the vehicle near his apartment and as soon as he saw that his car was engulfed in flames, he notified the operating room. The evidence pointed investigators to a deliberate incident. The officer Dritan Turhani himself has stated that there were no conflicts and that the cause of the fire could only have been his work, since recently he has been following wanted persons, as well as in territory controls for the cultivation of crops narcotics.

MAY 14, 2022- The car of officer Sokol Kroni burns

In the early hours of the morning of May 14, 2022, in the "Three Heroes" neighborhood of Shkodra, a car owned by Sokol Kroni, a police officer in the Local Directorate of Shkodra, was set on fire. A masked person was caught by the security cameras pouring gasoline on the "Mitsubishi" type vehicle parked near the apartment of the 54-year-old Kroni. The arrival of the fire brigade made it possible to extinguish the flames, but the car was partially burnt. Security cameras have filmed the moment when a young man, wearing a hood, approaches the vehicle, sprinkles it with fuel and sets it on fire. The fire also endangered the author, who miraculously escaped without being engulfed by the flames. Afterwards, the author quickly left through the alleys of the neighborhood. Asked by his colleagues and the willing prosecutor, police officer Sokol Kroni stated that he has no conflicts with anyone. At the time when the incident happened, he held the position of inspector of the area at the tourist point of Theth. The first suspicions were related to his task, mainly actions and controls in the area for the cultivation of cannabis.

MAY 20, 2022- Tritol in the bar of the officer Ndrek Rrasa

In the early hours of the morning of May 20, 2022, an explosive explosion occurs in the premises of police officer Ndrek Rrasa in Shkodër. The security cameras had fixed a person disguised as a woman, with a wig with long hair on his head and wearing a dress, lighting the fuse of the package of tritol that he had placed in the bar owned by the Police officer in Gruda of Shkodra and then he performed the same action by placing the explosive under his vehicle.

Everything happened for 20 seconds, around 2 hours and 30 minutes, where the author, if he didn't run, could endanger himself. The police of Shkodra announced that from the explosion there was only material damage in the bar, while the vehicle owned by 46-year-old Rrasa was completely burnt. He was an officer of the Shkodra Police near the General Patrol sector and during the interrogation he stated that he had no conflict with other people. The first suspicions from the investigative team were that the incident might have happened because of the duty.

DECEMBER 30, 2022- Tritol of the apartment of officer Valter Serra

Më 30 dhjetor të vitit 2022 i vihet tritol banesës së efektivit të policisë së Shkodrës, Valter Serra. Ngjarja ndodhi në orët e para të mëngjesit në fshatin Bardhaj. Autorët e kanë hedhur lëndën plasëse brenda oborrit nga një makinë në lëvizje. Valter Serra ishte me detyrë punonjës i Patrullës së Përgjithshme të Komisariatit të Policisë Shkodër. Si pasojë e shpërthimit u dëmtua automjeti tip “Volksëagen” në pronësi të punonjësit të Policisë dhe u shkaktuan dëmtime të lehta në banesën e tij. Grupi hetimor e lidhi këtë ngjarje me detyrën e Serrës, pa çka se nuk pati ndonjë të dyshuar konkret. Në banesën ku ndodhi shpërthimi nuk ka pasur kamera sigurie por Policia sekuestroi kamerat e sigurisë në kryqëzime të ndryshme për të arritur në identifikimin e autoreve dhe me pas gjetjen e kapjen e tyre. Efektivi Serra punonte prej afro 3 vitesh në Policinë Vendore të Shkodrës duke shërbyer në Patrullën e Përgjithshme. Pas ngjarje efektivi ka deklaruar se nuk ka pasur konflikte me persona të ndryshëm apo ndonjë kërcenim të mëparshëm.

22 DHJETOR 2020- Sulmohet me armë lokali i efektivit Albert Pjetri në Dobraç

Rreth orës 21:00 të datës 22 dhjetor 2020, në vendin e njohur si “Zona e Pompave”, në afërsi të rrethrrotullimit të “5 heronjve”, në fshatin Dobraç, sulmohet me armë zjarri një lokal. Breshëria e plumbave fatmirësisht shkaktoi vetëm dëme materiale dhe nuk pati të plagosur. Por ngjarja mori përmasa më të mëdha pasi lokali ishte në pronësi të një efektivi Policie. Bëhej fjalë për efektivin e forcave “Shqiponja” në Komisariatin e Policisë së Shkodrës, Albert Pjetri. Në vendin e ngjarjes shkua efektivët e Policisë, si dhe Forcat e Ndërhyrjes së Shpejtë, ndërsa u ngritën pika kontrolli në të gjithë zonën për të bërë të mundur ndalimin e autorëve të kësaj ngjarjeje, por më kot. Pas ngjarjes, efektivi Albert Pjetri bashkë me vëllezërit e tij u shoqëruan në Polici, ku edhe dëshmuan rreth ngjarjes së ndodhur. Njëri nga vëllezërit e pronarit të lokalit, Vlash Pjetri, ish-administrator i Njësisë Rrethina tregoi se asnjë nga vëllezërit nuk kanë qënë në lokal në momentin e sulmit.

4 JANAR 2020- Eksploziv në banesën e komandantit të Postës së Thethit Prelë Milani

Një sasi eksplozivi shpërtheu në orët e vona të natës së 4 janarit të vitit 2020, në shtëpinë e oficerit Prelë Milani, me detyrë shef stacioni i Policisë në Theth. Sulmi me tritol ndaj Milanit u dyshua se kishte lidhje me detyrën e tij. Sasia e eksplozivit ishte vendosur në pjesën e pasme të oborrit të shtëpisë pranë një magazine, në të cilën ai mbante veglat e punës, rreth 15 metra larg shtëpisë. Oficeri i Policisë Prelë Milani në momentin që ka dalë nga shtëpia dhe i është drejtuar Komisariatit të Policisë për të marrë shërbimin si oficer i gatshëm, ka dëgjuar fillimisht një shpërthim por pa i kushtuar rëndësi.
