As Durim Bami continues to be in prison in the United Arab Emirates, GJKKO through the Ministry of Justice has sent all the documentation for the criminal facts that Bami is suspected to have committed during the period 2020-2021.

Bam has been charged with "Providing conditions and material means to commit murder", "Structured criminal group", "Cultivation of narcotic plants", and "Commitment of criminal offenses by a criminal organization, or a structured criminal group".

The authorities of the Emirates, within a certain period of time, will return an official answer to the Albanian authorities regarding the Bami case.

Despite the fact that the two countries do not have an extradition agreement, the ministries are reviewing other legal ways in order to bring Bami to our country and face him with the charges in our country.
