The author of a robbery with a gun was put in the handcuffs of the Lushnja Police.

It is learned that he is 31-year-old Fabjan Bujaraj, who in the early hours of the morning robbed a gas station in the city of Lushnje with a firearm.

The police say they also managed to seize the crime weapon, a shotgun, as well as a quantity of heroin and a drug scale.

Police notification:

The coded police operation "Hoë it ends" is finalized, for solving a theft committed at gunpoint.

The police identify, capture and handcuff the 31-year-old man who entered a gas station disguised and took a sum of money at gunpoint.

The firearm used by the perpetrator, the vehicle in which he fled after the incident, and the clothes he had during the theft are seized.

A quantity of suspected narcotic heroin and an electronic scale were also seized, which were found in the 31-year-old's apartment, with a previous precedent in the field of narcotics.

The services of the Lushnja Police Station, immediately after receiving the notification of a case of armed robbery at a gas station, have organized the work within the coded police operation "Hoë it ends", with the aim of clarifying the theft, identifying and apprehending the perpetrator .

As a result of quick procedural-investigative actions, with the support of police intelligence, this case of theft has been solved and the suspected author, FB citizen, 31 years old, resident of Lushnja, has been identified.

As part of the operation, after several hours of pursuit by the services of the Lushnje Police Station in cooperation with the services of the Elbasan Police, it was possible to capture the 31-year-old in Elbasan.

From the investigations, it was found that the FB citizen, in the early hours of this morning, entered a gas station disguised and, threatening with a shotgun, took a sum of money (a part of the daily turnover).

As material evidence, the firearm used by the perpetrator to commit the theft, the vehicle he had rented, the clothes he wore during the theft, a quantity of suspected narcotic substance heroin and an electronic scale were seized.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of Fier General Jurisdiction, for further actions, for the criminal offenses "Theft with a weapon", "Production and possession of hunting and sporting weapons without permission" and "Production and sale of narcotics".
