Illegal immigrants in Europe

Prime Minister Edi Rama's secret agreement with his Italian counterpart Giorgia Meloni to bring thousands of African immigrants to Albania has caused quite a few harsh reactions.

There are many citizens who have publicly opposed this agreement on social networks, arguing that Albania should not turn into a camp for illegal immigrants to facilitate the powerful European states.

This is also the "motto" of the protest announced to be held on November 9, Thursday in front of the Prime Minister's building.

Many citizens have confirmed their participation through social networks, as they say that Albania does not have the capacities and has much more serious problems, such as the massive depopulation of the country.

According to the agreement, up to 3,000 immigrants from Africa, the Middle East and Asia will come to Shengjin in Lezha within a month. This number may go up to 36 thousand within the next year.

Albania benefits nothing from this agreement, while Prime Minister Rama declared that our country "owes" Italy.
