Court changes security measure for former deputy director of AKSH

The Special Court has replaced the security measure for Hava Delibashi from "house arrest" to "obligation to appear before judicial police officers" and "ban on leaving the country".

The former deputy director of the National Agency for the Protection of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (NASHI) is accused of "Violation of equality in public tenders or auctions", "Structured criminal group", "Commitment of acts by a criminal organization".

Businessmen Ergys Agasi and Ermal Beqiri have been declared wanted for the AKSHI file.

According to SPAK, the director of the National Anti-Corruption Agency, Mirlinda Karçanaj, committed the criminal offense of "violation of equality of participants in public tenders and auctions" as part of a structured criminal group.
