The GJKKO passes the CASE against Asllan Dogjani for trial!

The GJKKO decides to proceed to trial the case against Democratic MP Asllan Dogjani on charges of failure to declare and conceal assets.

According to SPAK, Dogjani hid the method of payment for the purchase of the approximately 100 square meter apartment.

Dogjani himself claimed that he obtained the property based on an agreement in exchange for legal consultancy services.

But according to SPAK investigations, Dogjani bought the apartment for 126 thousand euros, paying the money in cash.
