The Thumane-Kashar axis is expected to open for traffic on June 30, and almost everything is nearing completion, including the cabins where citizens will have to pay the toll.
There are 21 kilometers of roads that have cost the pockets of Albanian taxpayers over 220 million euros. And yet you will have to pay a toll to pass, in the absence of a toll-free alternative route.
For 21 kilometers of road, Albanians, as well as foreigners who choose this road to travel, will pay no less than 2.1 euros.
The highway will have a maximum speed limit of 130 kilometers, and will be completely closed.
