The PD MP, Flutura Açka reacted and revolted after the placement of the banner with the photo of the coach of Rome, Jose Mourinho on the walls of the Polytechnic University of Tirana.

Through a status on social networks, Açka asks the Tirana Prosecutor's Office to launch investigations into the persons who "committed this violation", because according to her, public assets should be neutral in the final of the Uefa Conference League Roma-Feyenoord. 

"Who gives him the right to this legal violation? This facade is public property and the Albanian Stadium, and public assets, must be neutral in tomorrow's match. Whoever committed this violation, whoever ordered it, must face the law.

In his house, on his balcony, on his radar, in his ignorance, anyone can cheer for whomever he wants, but to use public spaces in this form is punishable. I call on the Ministry of the line, the Football Federation, the Rectorate of the University and the Municipality of Tirana not to violate the basic rule of neutrality in public institutions.

I call on the Tirana Prosecutor's Office to immediately launch investigations into lawbreakers and abusers in power. Do not get dirty before the party starts! That poster must be removed immediately and it is a national shame for anyone who has ordered to be placed there ", writes Flutura Açka.
