The mayors of Tirana (Erion Veliaj), Rome (Roberto Gualtieri) and Rotterdam (Ahmed Aboutaleb) have drafted a joint statement to sensitize all fans present in Tirana for the Conference League final.
The aim is to avoid clashes between the two fans before, during and after the match, which will be played on Wednesday, at 21:00.
