As Ilir Meta has started to talk about the fight against corruption after changing the name of the party from LSI to the Freedom Party, Report TV brings today for the first time official data, which raise strong doubts about another corruption scheme of the president of Freedom Party with public money. Vladimir Metani, known as the uncle of Ilir Meta, has received millions of euros from the state budget for public works, where at the same time he is a financier of the Socialist Integration Movement, his nephew's party. 

Metani, to whom Meta has entrusted the management of the electoral campaigns in Kamez, has benefited from public money mainly from the municipalities, during the time they were run by representatives of LSI, i.e. by Ilir Meta's trusted people, but also by SP mayors during the government PS-LSI and after. 

LSI elected officials transferred public money to the accounts of Ilir Meta's uncle, through dubious tenders and in large amounts, while Metani then transferred part of the money to LSI's accounts. Not only that. At the same time when he received public money, Metani collected votes for the LSI in the Kamza area. It is almost the same scheme as with Ilir Meta's brother-in-law, Drini Kryemadhi, with the difference that in the uncle's case it is about millions of euros. 

LSI financing methane 

The Socialist Movement for Integration has submitted a financial report to the Central Election Commission for 2016. Together with the report, there is also a list of donors. Among the financiers of LSI is also the name of Vladimir Metan, Ilir Meta's uncle. In 2016, Metani transferred 9.6 million old ALL to LSI's accounts. This list also includes Drini Kryemadhi, the brother of Monika Kryemadhi, who has benefited from USD 350,000 in wages from the mandarin approval concessionaire SGS. Among the donors there are also other businessmen who have benefited from public money, in a conflict of interest and under strong shadows of corruption. 

Metani receives public money from LSI mayors 

Vladimir Metani is the sole owner of the construction company 'Desaret Company', with nipt: K01816001J, founded in 1996. 

Në 22 qershor 2016, Bashkia e Skraparit, e kontrolluar deri në vitin 2019 nga Ilir Meta, ka shpallur fituese kompanitë 'Desaret Company' dhe ALB LEAA INTERNATIONAL të tenderit me vlerë rreth 2 milionë euro, për rikualifikim të disa hapësirave në Skrapar. Diferenca mes fondit limit dhe ofertës fituese është rreth 600 mijë lekë. 

Në 7 korrik të vitit 2017, Bashkia e Skraparit e ka shpallur fituese kompaninë e Metanit të tenderit me vlerë rreth 500 mijë USD për rikonstruksionin e Shkollës 9 -Vjeçare “Kahreman Ylli” në Çorovodë. Tenderi është shënjuar më flamur të kuq për shkak të anulimit më shumë se një herë. Ndërkaq, diferenca mes fondit limit dhe ofertës fituese është vetëm 342 199 lekë. Në 24 prill të vitit 2018, 'Desaret Company', do të shpallej po nga Bashkia Skrapar fituese e tenderit për rikonstruksionin e rrugës së fshatit Munushtir, me vlerë rreth 100 mijë euro. 

Bashkia e Skraparit është drejtuar nga viti 2011 deri në vitin 2019, për dy mandate nga Nesim Spahiu si përfaqësues i Lëvizjes Socialiste për Integrim, dhe konkretisht njeri i besuar i Ilir Metës. Në 22 korrik 2015, duke marrë pjesë në ceremoninë e betimit të kryetarit të ri të Bashkisë Skrapar, Nesim Spahiu, i rizgjedhur, Ilir Meta shprehej se “Bashkia e Skraparit të jetë një model i zhvillimit, një model i suksesit, një model i bashkëpunimit dhe një model i zgjidhjes së problemeve vendore me konsensus dhe gjithnjë duke patur në qendër të vëmendjes problemet e qytetarit pa asnjë paragjykim partiak apo politik”.

Sipas BIRN, Spahiu nuk justifikon me burime të ligjshme të paktën 45 milionë lekë nga pasuria e tij. Spahiu është zgjedhur si i besuar i Metës në Komitetin Drejtues të Partisë së Lirisë. 

Tre tendera të tjerë për punë publike, me vlerë mbi 1.5 milionë euro, Metani i ka marrë po nga Bashkia Skrapar, nën drejtimin e Adriatik Memës, përfaqësues i PS. Me sa duket lufta e egër politike në Tiranë nuk ka ndikuar në ‘bashkëpunime’ të kësaj natyre në Skrapar. 

Miranda Rira e Përrenjasit tender dajës së Metës 

Në maj të vitit 2015, Ilir Meta prezantoi Miranda Rirën si kandidate të LSI për Bashkinë e Përrenjasit. Meta pretoi ndër të tjera se Miranda Rira “do ta bëjë bashkinë e re të Përrenjasit një vend ku të rinjtë të shohin të ardhmen e tyre, dhe mendoj se ky do të ishte suksesi më i madh dhe lumturia më e madhe edhe për atë vetë si kryebashkiake e re Përrenjasit”. Nëse nuk ta bërë të rinjtë, e sigurt është se Miranda Rira ka bërë të lumtur dajën e Ilir Metës, Vladimir Metanin. 

Në 3 maj 2017, kryetarja e Bashkisë së Përrenjasit, Miranda Rira, ka shpallur fituese kompaninë e dajës së Ilir Metës si dhe kompaninë A.N.K, të tenderit për ndërtimin e ujësjellësit Dritaj-Fanje-Karkavec, Bashkia Prrenjas, me vlerë 112 383 637 lekë ose rreth 1 miionë euro. Diferenca mes fondit limit dhe ofertës fituese ishte 880 357 lekë.

Vitin e kaluar Miranda Rira përfundoi në SPAK me akuzën e shpërdorimit të detyrës. Ish kryebashkiakja Rira nuk ‘pa’ vetëm dajën e Ilir Metës, por edhe rrethin e saj familjar. 

Vajzën e motrës, Mirela Dashin, e emëroi kunatën Servete Rira në bashki, vajzën e dajës Dashurie Çollaku specialiste, inspektor finance, djalin e dajës, Bergin Karaj, specialist të emergjencave civile, djalin e tezes. Enver Alla, roje shkolle, djalin e tezes Ervin Balla, specialist i emergjencave civile, kushërirën Nasibe Kanani inspektor për mbrojtjen e konsumatorit, në pozicione të tjera dalin e dajës Ilmi Karaj, djalin e motrës Mili Vasku, djalin e dajës Irfan Bogdani, djalin e tezes Ilir Balla, djalin e krushkut etj. Edhe Miranda Rira, ashtu si Nesim Spahiu, është zgjedhur në në Komitetin Drejtues të Partisë së Lirisë. 

Ligji zgjedhor
