Anti-mafia deputy prosecutors in Italy requested a total of 187 years in prison in abbreviated form for the 16 defendants accused of being part of the Albanian mafia. Twenty years have been searched for Elvis Demçe, an ally of Fabrizio Piscitelli, known as "Diabolic".

Elvis Demçe, 36 years old from Fieri, is described by the media in Italy as the person who controlled the cocaine and hashish traffic in the neighboring country. Through a long article, all the connections of Demçe and other Albanians with the heads of the Italian cartels are published.
