Sebastian Toska , 27, was arrested after a conflict in the Hamallaj sector, Fermë Sukth , where he shot another citizen with a shotgun.

The police report that the " double-barreled " weapon used in the incident was found to be unauthorized and was seized.

The materials were transferred to the Prosecution Office at the Durrës Court of First Instance for the criminal offenses of " Attempted Murder ", " Disturbance of Public Order " and " Unlicensed Possession of Hunting and Sporting Weapons ".
