Fitim Dumani, the younger brother of Nuredin Dumani, recounts his brother's murders, giving details and names of certain events, for which he has repented and has received the status of a justice collaborator under the protection of SPAK. According to Fitim, who was only recently released from prison, his brother was not a "soldier" of any criminal group, but a killer contracted by various groups for payment.

In the third episode of MaShqip, journalist Flamur Vezaj also publishes exclusive photos of Nuredin Dumani's personal statement, where he tells his past, as a construction worker, sunbed maintenance worker, fruit and vegetable seller, robber and then a hired killer. On the other hand, Fitim Dumani says that his brother did not want to give up and was waiting for surgeons from Tirana to operate on him, after the ambush that Suel Çela made. But the police found and arrested him through the phone that Çela had given him before the assassination. According to Fitim, Nuredin agreed to cooperate with justice after being betrayed by all his friends and began to talk, telling about the bargains, meetings and events in which he had participated as an author or collaborator.

In his testimony, he also included his other brother, Dashnor Dumani, who, according to Fitimi, has still not agreed to cooperate with justice.

Fitim himself tells about their acquaintance with Talo Çela and the crimes they committed together, categorically denying that they were his “soldiers”. He brings up cases where Talo Çela committed murders on their behalf, such as the execution of a woman in Durrës. On the other hand, he recounts the reasons for the hostility between them and up to the murder of Talo Çela, accusing the brothers Hajdar and Franc Çopja of this event, “they killed Talo Çela while eating bread, because he did not kill my brother and for fear that he would talk if caught by the police,” – says Fitim Dumani about the disappearance of Talo Çela.

According to him, the other brother was also killed by Talo Çela because he was used for his movements and had his main number. Fitim Dumani also provides details about the ambush that Suel Çela made on his brother in collaboration with the Çopja brothers.

He also adds that Erjon Alibeaj is a "useless" witness, because according to him, SPAK has no reason to use him, because he only heard and told about the events through rumors. Fitimi also talks about the placement of TNT against the sisters in Elbasan, claiming that this assassination was carried out by Suel Çela with his people, who still move freely in the city, while SPAK, according to him, is not reacting, doing "selective justice". According to Fitimi, his brother used drugs only during the assassinations and worked for all the criminal groups in the country. He says that SPAK is putting on a "show" and is distributing everything in a staged manner.
