More details from the scandal in the Tufina cemetery are revealed, highlighted by the prosecutor's office's months-long investigation.
In the investigation file, the testimonies of citizens who were involved in the scheme of buying graves were also published.
Top Channel brings the case of the MS citizen who says that three years ago she asked to reserve two graves in Tufi, one for herself and one for her husband.
In September 2019, she met a man, identified as Bujar, who worked as a driver at the Tufina cemetery. Bujar has told her that he knows a cemetery manager who can help them find the places, identified in the file as Andy.
Andy told the couple about two graves, inside which two bodies were resting. But, in exchange for 50 thousand lek, he was ready to exhume the corpses, put them in the wall places and instead, write the names of MS and her husband on the graves.
The woman in question says that it took her a few months, until in December, after collecting her year-end bonus and some savings, she paid the amount of 50,000 ALL.
