Sisters Antonela and Marinela Berisha, wanted by the police for the violence against Klea Prenga, have been handed over to the Tirana police.

The Berisha sisters were reported to have stayed for a while in Dubai, occasionally reacting to the serious incident.

They have been submitted to the Police Directorate of Tirana.

Klea Prenga was brutally raped by the Berishaj sisters while she was having dinner in a restaurant in the capital on the evening of August 6, 2024, and while she was eating, the sisters hit her with hard objects, glass bottles, causing significant damage to her face.

The two sisters, Antonela and Mariela Berishaj, are accused of intentional serious injury, committed in collaboration, and risk up to 10 years in prison. Initially, it was suspected that they had left Albania for Dubai.
