Rozafa Tower
A multi-storey tower is planned to be built in the center of the city of Shkodra.
The announcement of the winning project for the "Rozafa Tower" was made with a grand ceremony attended by Prime Minister Edi Rama himself, who at the same time signs permits for the construction of tall towers in the country.
In addition to the mayor of Shkodra, Benet Beci, the mayor of Lezha, Pjerin Ndreu, was also present, as well as other officials.
The competition was won by the Spanish architectural studio "Selgascano Architects", while the tower will be built by the Rozafa Group.
This is the first building of this height in the north-west city.
